the chores they hate to do most by using underbidding. By auctioning off chores they
were able to find the cheapest person in their area to do what they did not want to
or could not do without pushing the credit limit.

ready to pay, and the contractors underbid this price. The cheapest contractor wins
the bidding and does the charge.

The concept of underbidding was invented in Germany in 2003 and has been very
successful there. In order to warrant high quality, it is possible to accept only
licensed contractors. The website also got several certificates for their high
standards from German consumer report organizations.

Undertool.com was founded in Germany in 2003 by Thomas Groschalwski and was the
first website worldwide to offer underbidding for the trade and the service sector.
Since 2007 it belongs to FETT Ltd. It has 53 000 registered users and keeps growing.
The American website was launched on March 6, 2008. The most popular category is
construction.
